THE ENESCA PROJECT AIMS TO BRING FORWARD NEW TYPES OF ENVIRONMENTALLY
FRIENDLY POWER SOURCES AND ENERGY STORAGE SOLUTIONS.
In 2007 a group of researchers in Uppsala came up with the idea of using cellulose from the algae Cladophora as the basis for a polymer composite material. That proved to be sutiable for a thin paper-based battery.
We work closely with different kind of partners. The progress of the Enesca project depends on various co-operations. Today we have four main partners, presented below. They contribute with research, development and production.
A important part of our project is our financiers, both private and governmental organisations. As a financier it is possible to contribute to the whole project or to a specific application or development project.
We are constantly looking for new partners. The progress of our project depends on different kinds of cooperations, from researchers and developers to producers.
If you find this project interesting – contact us and we figure out how to co-operate.
